These Text Messaging Terms of Service apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of IDA, LLC, doing business as IDA Property Management, in connection with Madison on Dietrich and other properties managed by IDA, LLC.
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
IDA, LLC uses text messaging to communicate with prospective tenants, applicants, residents, property owners, vendors, and other individuals who interact with IDA Property Management or Madison on Dietrich.

Responses to questions
Property and showing information
Application updates
Resident account notifications
Payment reminders
Maintenance updates
Lease renewal reminders
Community news
Event information
Emergency and urgent notifications
Other property management communications
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive text messages from IDA, LLC regarding Madison on Dietrich or another property managed by IDA, LLC.
Consent is not a condition of renting a property, purchasing goods, or receiving services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency will vary depending on your account activity, requests, tenancy, application status, and communications with IDA, LLC.
Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless service plan. IDA, LLC is not responsible for charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a confirmation message. No additional messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent or initiate a new conversation requiring a direct response.
You may also request removal from text communications by contacting IDA, LLC by telephone or email.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Text message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating wireless carriers and communication providers.
IDA, LLC does not guarantee that every message will be delivered and is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by a wireless carrier, device, network, Internet connection, or third-party service.
Privacy
Information collected through text messaging will be handled in accordance with the IDA, LLC Privacy Policy.
Mobile telephone information and text messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable Use
Text messaging services may not be used to
Submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or misleading content
Impersonate another person
Interfere with the operation of our communication systems
Violate the rights of IDA, LLC, Madison on Dietrich, another resident, or another person
Termination
IDA, LLC may suspend or terminate text message access when necessary to protect its systems, enforce these terms, comply with legal requirements, or address suspected misuse.
Changes to These Terms
IDA, LLC may revise these Text Messaging Terms of Service periodically.
Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the text messaging program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state in which the applicable property or rental transaction is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
